Version 2026-10-12, effective 2026-10-12. Earlier versions are listed on the document versions page.
This website is built and run on Stampomat Sites, a platform operated by Stampomat, operated by Daniel Ilievski, Ljubljana, Slovenia, SI ("Stampomat", "we", "us"). Company registration number: company registration pending. Tax number: company registration pending. Email: hello@stampomat.com.
Each site on the platform is the online shop of one business. The business named on this site's legal page is the seller and your contracting partner: it prepares your order, hands it over or delivers it, and takes your payment.
We build and host the site and relay orders to the business as a technical service. We are not a party to the sale. We never take your payment, and we do not prepare, hand over or deliver anything.
If you run a business on the platform, the Terms of Service for Businesses govern that relationship, not this document (section 14).
These terms apply when you visit any site built with Stampomat Sites and, where the site offers ordering for pickup or delivery, when you order through it. Browsing is free and needs no account; ordering needs no account either.
You accept these terms when you place an order. The checkout page links them, together with the business's own order terms and privacy notice on its legal page, before the order button, and we record with your order the version of those order terms and the time you placed it, which shows the version of these terms that applied. Browsing alone concludes no contract; the rules in sections 12 and 13 simply describe what we do not allow on the sites and how to report it.
The sites are not directed at children. You must be at least 16 to place an order or subscribe to a newsletter.
These terms are published in English, Macedonian and Slovenian, and the site shows them in its own language where available. If a translation differs from the English text, the version in your language prevails for you as a consumer.
Our privacy notice explains what the platform does with personal data on every site. The business's own privacy notice for orders, messages and newsletters is on the site's legal page.
The menu is an invitation to order, not a binding offer by the business. When you press the order button, you make the offer: a binding order with an obligation to pay the total shown, at the counter when you collect or at the door when your order is delivered. The button itself says so.
Before you press it, you can review your whole order, change quantities, remove items and correct your details. The checkout page shows, above the button, the business's name and address, the total including VAT and, for a delivery, the delivery fee within it, that you pay at the counter or at the door, the pickup time or estimate, or the delivery time you choose, and the statement that your order becomes binding on the business only when it accepts.
As soon as your order arrives, the site shows you an acknowledgement with an order number and a private status link. The acknowledgement confirms only that your order reached the site. It is not acceptance, and no contract exists yet.
The contract is concluded when the business accepts your order. You see the acceptance on your status page, and you receive it by email if you gave an email address at checkout. The email is optional and is used only for your order messages.
The business must respond within the response window the site shows you when you order. If it does not, your order is treated as declined and you owe nothing.
Your order and its confirmation are stored and stay readable through your status link, and you can save or print the status page at any time. The ordering flow runs in the site's language. We subscribe to no code of conduct for online ordering.
Cancelling. You can cancel free of charge at any time until the business accepts your order: tap Cancel this order on your order status page, or call the business on the phone number shown on the site. The order is then cancelled, the business is told, and it costs you nothing.
Declined orders. The business can decline your order before acceptance, and will usually tell you why: closed, out of an ingredient, at capacity. A declined order costs you nothing.
After acceptance. Once accepted, the business cancels only when it genuinely cannot perform, for example an ingredient has run out or the kitchen must close, and it tells you as soon as it knows, with its reason, on your status page and by email if you gave one. Your statutory rights in case of non-performance remain untouched.
Ready time. The ready time on your status page is an estimate, not a promise; kitchens get busy. The same goes for the delivery time of a delivery order. If the business cannot come close to an agreed pickup or delivery time, it should tell you.
Not collected. If you do not come, the business keeps your order ready for the hold time stated on its legal page, counted from the agreed or estimated pickup time. After that the order is treated as cancelled. You pay nothing through the site and no fee is charged for an uncollected order, but a business may decline future orders after repeated no-shows.
Not at home. If the business brings a delivery to the address you gave and cannot reach you there or by phone, it takes the order back and the order is treated as not collected: it is not delivered a second time, and no fee is charged for it.
For most distance purchases, the law gives consumers 14 days to withdraw. For orders through this site, that right is excluded by law: freshly prepared food is perishable, and an order prepared for your chosen or estimated pickup or delivery time is a catering service for a specific time. In Slovenia this follows from points 3 and 12 of Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1); in North Macedonia from items 4 and 12 of Article 133(1) of the Law on Consumer Protection. The first exclusion covers the freshly prepared items; the second covers the order as a whole, because it is prepared for the pickup or delivery time you agree.
So you cannot return a prepared order or withdraw from it after collection or delivery. If an order ever includes a sealed, non-perishable item that neither exclusion covers, your statutory withdrawal right for that item stays. What you have in every case: you can cancel free of charge until the business accepts (section 4), and if your order is wrong, incomplete or not as it should be, your legal rights against the business as the seller are untouched; tell the business straight away (section 17).
Menu prices are final consumer prices in the currency shown on the menu, and they include VAT where the business is registered for VAT; the site's legal page states the business's VAT status.
The total shown before the order button is everything you pay. The site adds no platform fee, no service fee and no ordering charge. Where the site offers delivery, the business delivers with its own staff, only within the area and for the delivery fee the site shows before you order, and that fee is part of the total shown; otherwise you collect at the counter.
You pay the business at the counter when you collect, in cash or by card as the business accepts, or at the door when your order is delivered, by the means the site shows before you order. The site takes no payment and never asks for card details.
Your fiscal receipt is issued when you pay, at the counter or at the door. The order confirmation on the site or by email is a confirmation of your order, not a fiscal receipt or an invoice.
This site does not yet show allergen information with its menu items, and neither the order summary nor the order emails list allergens. Ask the business which allergens an item contains before you order, by phone or at the counter.
If you have an allergy, tell the business before you order, say so in the item note and, when you collect, tell the staff again at the counter. The business prepares the food and is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of allergen and ingredient information.
Where the business also runs a Stampomat loyalty programme, checkout can offer to link your Stampomat wallet. Linking is your choice and is never needed to order.
If you link, the site holds a random identifier for your card at this business; it never receives your name, email address or activity at other shops from the wallet. When the business marks your order as collected or delivered, the site asks the loyalty system to add a stamp to your card. Whether the stamp is added depends on the business's programme: its rules, waiting times and the state of your card decide, and your status page shows the outcome after collection or delivery.
You can unlink at the checkout, or at any time from your wallet's account menu; the identifier then stops working. The wallet itself is a separate service from Stampomat, governed by the Terms of Service for Customers and the Privacy Policy at stampomat.com. Your order stays a contract with the business either way.
A site can link to outside services: a delivery platform, a booking tool, social networks. Those links take you off the site. Anything you order or book there is a contract concluded through that service under its own terms; these terms and this site's order flow do not apply to it. A business may also offer delivery through such a service. Where this site itself offers delivery, the business delivers with its own staff under these terms (section 6).
A contact or quote form sends your message to the business, and the business answers you directly. If you subscribe to a site's newsletter, you agree to receive emails from that business; the signup line names the sender. Your subscription takes effect only when you click the confirmation link emailed to you; an unconfirmed address is never given to anyone. No newsletter is sent through the platform today; when the business starts one, every email will carry an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Some pages can show a Google map of the business's location. It does not load by itself: the page shows the address and a button, tells you that loading the map sends your IP address to Google, and loads the map only when you choose to. You can hide it again, and the plain address link works without the map. By loading the map you use Google Maps, subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
On a site that offers delivery, the checkout and the Info page also show a map of the delivery area. It is not Google Maps content: its pictures come from our server, and it needs no button to load (section 7 of the privacy notice).
Do not use a site for anything unlawful. Do not place orders you do not intend to collect or receive. Do not interfere with the service, other people's orders, the business's systems or the order relay, and do not probe, overload or attack the sites.
Do not scrape: no bots, crawlers or automated extraction of menus, prices, images, content or map data. Google's terms separately forbid scraping Google Maps content. Reading pages in a normal browser is of course fine, and nothing in this section limits rights the law gives you regardless of these terms.
We and the business can refuse orders and block access that breaks these rules. We tell you the reason, unless the law prevents it.
If you believe something on a site is unlawful or should not be there, a misleading claim, an image used without permission, another person's personal data, write to hello@stampomat.com with the page address and what is wrong. Each site's legal page also carries a report link. We confirm receipt, look at it, and tell you what we did.
Businesses and their staff sign in to a separate merchant portal to receive and manage orders. Portal accounts are created by invitation only. Use of the portal, and everything a business does on the platform, is governed by the Terms of Service for Businesses and the Data Processing and Joint Controller Terms, not by this document.
The food, its preparation, the handover and any delivery are the business's responsibility. Claims about a meal go to the business; its legal page tells you where, and we help you find the right contact if needed. We are not liable for the business's failure to perform its side of the sale.
For the website service, we are responsible under the law for damage we cause you. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, by us or by people we are responsible for; for death or personal injury; for breaches of data protection law; or for anything else that cannot be limited under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
For other damage caused by ordinary negligence, we are liable for foreseeable damage of the kind that typically occurs with a service like this, up to the greater of EUR 100 and the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Ordering through a site is free of platform charges, so today the second figure is nil.
We run the sites with care, but we do not promise that they will run without interruption or error. If online ordering is down, you can order at the counter or by phone. An order the business has accepted stays valid even if the site has a bad moment afterwards. These terms do not ask you to indemnify us, and you are responsible under the general law for damage you cause.
Each order is governed by the version of these terms in force when you place it; the time recorded with your order shows which version that was. A change never applies to an order already placed.
We change these terms only for a good reason: a change in the law or in guidance from an authority, a security need, a new feature or a change in how ordering works, a change of provider, or to make the text clearer. Every change gets a new version date and an entry on the document versions page. Material changes, meaning anything that affects your rights or how ordering works, are published at least 30 days before they take effect; until then the old version applies.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence; the choice of Slovenian law does not take those rules away from you. Your purchase contract with the business is governed by the law that applies between you and the business; these terms do not change it.
Courts. You can bring a claim against us before the courts of the country where you live or before the Slovenian courts. We can bring a claim against you only before the courts of the country where you live. Nothing here limits the courts you are entitled to by law.
Complaints about an order. Go to the business first: its complaint contact is on the site's legal page, and it handles your complaint under the consumer law that protects you. On Macedonian sites the legal page also shows the phone number of the State Market Inspectorate, the authority for consumer complaints in North Macedonia.
Complaints about the platform. For the sites themselves, write to hello@stampomat.com. We confirm receipt and answer in writing within 15 days.
Out-of-court resolution. We do not recognise any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (a statement we make under Article 32 of the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes). The European online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued, so we no longer link to it. Whether the business recognises such a provider is its own statement to make. You can also turn to the consumer protection authority of your country.
Personal data. Requests and complaints about personal data go to hello@stampomat.com. The privacy notice names the supervisory authorities you can complain to.
If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
